Clean and comfortable rooms. We had a small room, but it was spotless and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from Taxim Square. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was delicious. The staff was helpful and accommodating, immediately changing our room when we requested it. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly staff.

Staying at Eterno was confortable. The room was clean although a bit tacky. Service was okay. Not bad for staying a few full business days in Istanbul

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The rooms are modernly decorated, with comfy beds and a well-functioning air conditioner. The security is also good, with a card needed to access the rooms.

Sadly, the bathrooms are very small and might be inconvenient for some guests.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from important landmarks and easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring.
